I learned and cooked at Vancouver Community College, where my passion grew into a profession and I proudly earned my Red Seal Chef certification.

My secret in the kitchen is mise en place—when everything is ready before I begin, I can focus on timing, balance, and plating so each course feels effortless and polished.
